I didn't love doing the cleanse the first time, I spent a lot of time in the bathroom, but after 7 days I felt great, and my skin glowed. I have done it several times, and it is much easier now, it doesn't make me tired during and much less time in the bathroom. -- Gives me so much energy!

This is a fabulous cleanse. It works very well. All natural and free of animal products.
You are not exactly chained to the toilet, but you will spend a bit more time there.
I felt so clean and energized after using for seven days.
I do not recommend drinking the cleanse in water, however. I had trouble with the after taste. I added it to my organice apple juice and couldn't taste it. Worked much better for me. -- Gentle, Natural Cleanse
